What was involved in the survey :
- Desktop survey carried out and risk assessment (Pre-site Survey)
- Agree a date and time with the client for the survey to be completed

Conclusion :
Even though the tenant did not own the building , the lease stated that they were responisble for the maintenance and management of their offices. Therefore , asbestos management formed part of this. They did not have any asbestos within the offices , and the lease was ended without any issues.
