  • What are your business hours?

    Our office is open Monday to Friday : 9am - 5pm and Saturdays 9am-12pm

  • Where are you located?

    Our main office is in Stapleford , Nottingham. 

  • How do I pay for Testing and Surveys?

    You can pay by Credit or Debit Card over the phone or Bank Transfer. 

    There is no payment up front , we invoice you once the results come back. 

  • How much does asbestos testing cost?

    The cost of asbestos testing ranges from £95-£140 for a single sample test depending on where you are located. 

    Our prices are really simple and what you are quoted is all you will pay. 

    Within the cost , we will come to your property and remove the sample(s) , have them tested at a UKAS Laboratoty and send the PDF results by email to you within 24-48 hours. 

  • How intrusive is an asbestos survey?

    A management or homebuyer survey is minimally intrusive and the Refurbishment & Demolition Survey is fully intrusive (a destructive survey) 

  • How quick do asbestos test results take?

    Our asbestos test results take between 24-48 hours to come back once received by the lab. So pretty quick!

  • Does my property contain asbestos?

    Asbestos was fully banned in the UK in 1999. This included the important and use of any asbestos. Therefore , if your building was built before the year 2000 , it could contain asbestos materials. Asbestos Surveys and Testing will help identify any potential asbestos your property could have. 

  • Does all Artex contain asbestos?

    No , all artex does not contain asbestos. If your building was built before the year 2000 , it could contain asbestos artex but to know for sure , asbestos testing can be carried out. In fact , artex is one of the most tested materials for asbestos!
